CALL FOR PROPOSALS
The Northern Village of Ile-a-la Crosse is issuing a Call for Proposals for lodging services.

As part of the proposal package, the successful person(s) would be required to supply the following at South Bay War Veterans Park.
-
A mixture of 20 nylon and canvas tents for campers attending the celebration with cots, bedding, etc. Ability to offer camper trailer rentals would be an addition to services provided.

Supply options for power (if providing camper trailer rentals).

Daily breakfast for guests.

Security on premises for guests’ personal items.
The successful person(s) would have exclusive access to the North Side of South Bay War Veterans Park to offer lodging services from July 2-9, 2026. Interested parties are encouraged to download the tender package available here or by requesting a paper copy from the Northern Village of Ile-a-la Crosse office and submit in a sealed envelop before 12 noon on December 31, 2025 to:
